Elvarg is only accessible from the crash site in Crandor Isle until you finish the Dragon Slayer Quest. The dungeon itself is located below the Karamja Volcano, which is found to the west of Karamja village and to the east of Brimhaven.

Just climb down the dungeon entrance at the top of the volcano to enter the dungeon. This rope leads up to the mouth of the Karamja Volcano. You can find level 22 Skeletons roaming around, four Gold rocks that are very un-crowded. Right after the Skeletons' place, level 34 Deadly Red Spiders have established their lair, where they attend to their valued eggs, which adventurers often scavenge for brewing strength potions along with Limpwurt roots and five gold pieces in Varrock's Apothecary and some mosquito cake spider's style.

Another ship route is available from the Ardougne Docks to Brimhaven. Crandor can only be accessed by boat after asking Ned to bring you to Crandor during the Dragon Slayer I quest. After the quest, use the tunnel inside the east Karamja Dungeon. You walk to the volcano near to the fishing spot and then you come down in a dungeon. Crandor is the only island to be fully accessed on free-to-play, as on Karamja, players cannot venture past Musa Point. The island plays a vital role in the Dragon Slayer quest, being the location of the fight against Elvarg.

The secret passage that connects Crandor to Musa Point is still accessible even if you forget to open it during the quest. There is a coordinate clue scroll location on the north side of the island near the King Scorpions. Crandor also has some rocks in it which players can mine through the Mining skill, which are labelled on the map with a small pickaxe.
