Best enjoyed slightly chilled. The freezing point of Jager which looks to be 70 proof is well below the temperature of a freezer. The freezing point would be around F and a freezer is set at -4F typically. So there is no supercooling going on. It is not absolutely necessary to put the bottle in the freezer.
