And do you know who has to hear about it? Every time that he does anything, I'm the one who hears about it. You will literally gasp his name while I'm fucking you, did you know that? And guess what! You had never seen Oikawa this angry. Not when he was pissed off, not when he was on court, not when he lost. You were shaking. But one thing that Oikawa was very good at being honest. It will always be him.
And I am sick and tired. I cannot be your second choice anymore. I cannot continue to be your rebound. You zoned out for a minute, ears ringing. If you were already at a breaking point, this was the dam falling apart. You had to hold back tears. Anonymous Request: can i request hcs for yan misa and mikami separately with a loving, obedient darling?
Perhaps it was a lone encounter somewhere and she immediately takes a liking to you. Love and destiny are intertwined and you should know that because she loves you. This woman let THE KIRA know that she had the eyes and everything once she mapped out where she could find him in the midst of the crowd while also tricking L in the process. Misa has you deifnitely eating out of the palm of her hand mostly metaphorical, sometimes quite literal.
At least, not at first. Everyone will eventually turn to Kira. Speaking of god and enlightenment, have you seen her Shinigami? The thing is, Rem is very overprotective over Misa.
You better pray that your love for Misa is real or else Rem will have no choice but to do something about it. The more compliant you are, the better you will be when surviving this.
Misa loves it when you run your hands through her hair. Braid it, twist it, comb it, smell her unique scent on it. Despite her fabulous lifestyle, Misa adores quality time above all other love languages. Make time to hang out at her photoshoots. Some might even call it girlish and childlike. Whatever the case, she will leave little notes for you to find. Some of them are loving and genuine… others… not so much. She loves recording little moments with you.
Be prepared to see a camera or a phone shoved in your face for cute and adorable photos. If she gives you her Death Note, you have no choice but to write for her. Shishiho Makoto Rurouni Kenshin : Growing up as a kid, Ruroni Kenshin was one of the first anime I had ever watched, and this guy was someone who I hated with a passion.
Looking back at it years later, I realize now what an amazing villain and foil to Kenshin that Makoto was. What puts Shishio on my list is what he manages to do after surviving death. He compiles an army of the best fighters Japan has to offer and plots to overthrow the entire Meiji Government. While in complete agony. Who else can claim that? His swordsmanship is second only to Kenshin himself as he proves in their absolutely epic fight.
Hisoka Morrow Hunter x Hunter : Hunter x Hunter is a show with several great villains that truly stand out, and while Meruem was memorable, pardon me for believing that Hisoka was the standout villain from that show. A devious killer and master Nen user, Hisoka is driven by little more than his desire to find and kill strong opponents.
Mass civilian casualties, the loss of his own villainous allies or even the loss of his own limbs barely phases him, so long as he gets to fight with someone that tests his limits. As a result, he more often than not embodies chaos incarnate, wreaking havoc in his pursuit of battle and leaving a mountain of corpses behind him. Not only do Gon and his friends fit the bill for what he seeks, but they often take on enemies that prove to be exactly what Hisoka is looking for.
And yet, this also serves to make him all the more interesting. Where other villains might strike out at the protagonists and heroes immediately, Hisoka schemes, allies himself with and double-crosses people regularly, always finding the best angle to work in order to reach his goals. Izaya Orihara Durarara!! He loves humanity; from the depths of his bones he loves us all.
This is why he makes it onto my list; he does progressively more cruel acts against humans, putting people in situations that generally lead to their deaths.
He is also a master of parkour and highly skilled with a switchblade in his hand as evident in the above picture , which he generally only uses in dire situations or fights against Shizuo. In short, I absoulutely love this guy. Dio is a tenacious bastard that takes advantage of the generosity of the Joestar family to further his own power, being intolerably dickish to Jonathan by constantly tearing him down, trying to make him look bad in front of his dad, spreading rumors to sully his reputation, and sabotaging his relationships.
Even after decapitation, Dio gets his revenge and sets in motion many of the events of the series, making a formal return in Stardust Crusaders as the main villain once again. Anyway, there are a number of different adjectives and superlatives that could be used to described the lead character of Death Note: Diabolical, calculating, and determined to make the world in his own image all describe Light who was easily the most clever man in Death Note, as evidenced by the layers upon layers that composed his elaborate plans.
Light started out as a good kid, doing well in school and heading to a bright career in police work like his father. But when he gets possession of the death note, he begins a remarkable descent into a disturbing mastermind who becomes judge, jury, and executioner for the entire world. But what truly makes Light's character stand out remains complicated throughout the story.
His ultimate goal is to make the world a happier, safer place; a noble but perhaps misguided goal. When he temporarily relinquishes ownership of the death note to throw L off his trail, Light loses all memory of the death note and he reverts to his normal personality. His sense of morality returns and he shows more compassion for those around him. He even refuses to use Misa Amane to get information out of her when L asks him to.
These qualities help to create a complex character who ends up being a detestable villain, yet you still kind of root for him to come out of this story as a winner. He's got a calculated and strategic mind that would make the great philosopher Machiavelli jealous, and the power of the death note adds a callousness that makes him free to use people in whatever way necessary to accomplish his goals.
Despite being an impassioned orator and uncompromising strategist willing to sacrifice countless soldiers, the Major himself had no especial loyalty or passion for the cause of Millennium. His sole obsession is to plunge the world into an unending conflict to the point of endangering not only the lives of others but also his own.
Shou Tucker Fullmetal Alchemist : Now, you may be recalling that in my previous version of this list, I had Envy listed as my choice as my favorite villain from this show. What was it that made him so memorable you ask?
Ritsuko Akagi and her mother Naoko. All-in-all Gendo is proof positive that love not only has the capacity to overcome any obstacle, but sometimes it can truly make monsters out of us all.
Griffith Berserk : Griffith did nothing wrong; at least, not by his own drives and ambitions. A peasant who grew to become the leader of his own mercenary band, Griffith was a self-driven man who pursued his desires with unparalleled efficiency. All the while, he amassed a legion of friends and followers who would follow him to hell and back, caring for him as much or more than he cared for them.
As a result, they were dragged down with him when his ambitions saw him imprisoned, tortured and maimed. They cared little though, risking life and limb to save him and help him salvage a life with what he had left.
When given the option to become a demon and continue the pursuit of his dreams, he whole-heartedly accepted it; even though it came at the cost of sacrificing the lives of each and every one of his friends and allies. So yes, Griffith did nothing wrong by himself. By everyone else though, he did them the worst of injustices, and continues to do so with each breath he takes, all of which makes him a compelling and infuriating villain.
A serial killer who would fit in well in any blockbuster film, Monster told the story of a man who had truly become monstrous; a charismatic, intelligent sociopath with no other goal than to kill everyone else in the world. Johan didn't just kill people, he made other people into monsters just like him.
This skill of his corruption is first displayed in his youth, when he used stories to convince the other boys in his orphanage to kill all the staff, and each other. Light's fatal and genius flaw is his own ego, which leads him to put his own life above all else, even his goal of changing the world. But Johan has never been afraid of death. Quite the opposite, he welcomes and embraces it, being more than willing to put his own life at risk, and one of his signature traits is how he challenges people to shoot him.
Where Light and other on this list had to resort to supernatural means to get what they wanted, Johan just used his own wits and knowledge of human nature. So that's my updated list, what did you guys think about it? Love it, hated it? Go on and tell me what you think and let me know who your favorite anime villains are. See you soon!!! Mostly wears office attire and generic clean cut clothing. Sticks to the same basic clothing choices. Loved his stow away outfit when he went to kill Raye.
Hate his turtle neck. Gays, turtle necks don't look good stop trying to bring them back. Think about that. Desperately needs shoes so I can stop looking at his little piggies. Takes risks with her clothing and I love it.
The original goth GF and the reason things awakened in a lot of us. I wanted to dip into lolita fashion purely because of Misa. One of the few characters to wear a wig to change her look and still look cute. Even her dressed down clothes look pretty cute and hint to her personality.
She dresses for herself and I adore it. Would stain this constantly. Go back to bed Near. One point for comfy factor. Too much leather for my taste pre-explosion. Post explosion Mello ups his game and begins using jackets to his advantage. The feathers, the colours, pure elegance, the necklaces and nail polish! Also dresses as a delivery man which is probably the funniest fucking thing in Death Note.
More men in suits, which I understand but damn maybe it shake it up a little. Everyone here is a clown why is no one dressed like it? This personally, this intimately, this truthfully, only L got to know Light. Dammit, I hate them affectionate. I know. I KNOW! But when I see memoryless Light treated like this, I feel bad for the guy. Is this an act?
Is this real? A mindfuck, really. Why not. A non problem. He's a good leader. Quite possibly, Light would have gone down fast. Literally no shade, it's not even a fair comparison. It's just an observation. That hurts more. Why L. My heart.
He was up against supernatural forces with missing information and lies. Light Yagami's world view is shifted after a conversation with his father concerning L's sexuality. Anger in his veins and unconfessed feelings bubbling to the surface, Light and L enact a plan of revenge against the homophobic views of the task force. Out of the task force headquarters for the first time in months brought him a certain amount of joy, an extreme weight of his chest- or rather weight off his wrist.
With his memories back, himself and Misa cleared of any suspicions thanks to the fake rules he constructed in the Death Note, Light had won. Of course, there was still much work that needed to be done.
This roadblock had lasted longer than Light wanted or anticipated, but no matter. To achieve everything the world needed was going to take time and effort- time and effort that he alone could commit to. He needed to be rid of L as well. Foolish, stupid Misa forgot his name, so that was simply another obstacle he would need to pass. But no matter, tonight was for celebration. The celebration at a bar only miles away from task force headquarters is not exactly where he would have chosen, but Ryuzaki insisted that if the task force were going out into the public to to celebrate they were to not stray far from headquarters.
Light idly looked around the lowlights of the bar, shaking his head into his beer. Soichiro sighed, resting his chin in the palm of his hand.
Even the hardest working, most respectable men need time stress free. God himself created a day of rest for a reason. I mean, look at us now. A small part of me wishes Ryuzaki would come out with us, though. If he for some reason and somehow got more information about L…. Aizawa looked around, now holding the full attention of the table in the palm of his hand. Just idly chatting. I was curious about their history with Ryuzaki. What kind of criminal would endear themselves to the most prolific detective?
When did they even get close enough to be on call for him? He had never had much interest in the detective, but his attention was solely focused on Aizawa. His eyes quickly darted from one side of the nearly empty bar to the other, now staring down his whiskey. I would pity any man who had to share a locker room alone with him. No one said anything for a long time. No one moved their drinks or spoke.
The rest of the squad nodded in agreement, all going back to their idle actions. I just chalked it up to Ryuzaki being Ryuzaki but now that I know- like I know Aizawa shook his head, a short emotionless laugh was followed with an omission from the other detective.
Light said nothing. Sayu talks about that Hideki Ryuga on too many occasions to count, and that Ms. He was doing his best to remain cool and collected, but the more the men talked the more his anger was becoming all consuming: a threat that was rearing its ugly head and threatening to crawl out of his throat with an ear splitting cry of rage.
I actually do not hate her character. While many people say she is a dimwit , she really isn't. She had her endearing moments.
But she also had a few moments where you felt like yelling at her that she is being used. I found it more sad than anything else really. But in my opinion the show wouldn't be the same without her. Also, it kind of annoys me when people call her a "slut" just because of how she dresses. She usually dresses that way because she just likes that style.
I remember that when I was a child I liked that style because I thought it was very cute. Of course I am not very into it anymore but.. One thing I like about her is how dedicated she is.
While she may be dedicated to who we think is the wrong person, she is still a very loyal person who never gave up on the one she loved. I admired that. Honestly, I adore Misa. I think that people blow her stupidity out of the water too. Sure, she can be pretty air headed at times and she's definitely not genius standard, but honestly I didn't find her as dumb as everybody makes her out to be. Aside from the third person speech and her refusal to see any bad in Light. Anyway, I like her so much probably for her extreme loyalty and just how genuine she is?
She fucked things up, sure, but I feel like she was always making an honest, genuine attempt to aid Light. Not to mention, she's adorable. Also, lol slut-shaming, oh please.
Let's also not forget the fact she wouldn't even kiss an actor for a movie because she was so devoted to Light. Oh, yeah, that sure screams slut, doesn't it? I cannot stand the tossing around of that word. Hmm, she was cute. Cute, but stupid. She trust Light too much and close her eyes when he lied her again and again. She gets in the way of their yaoi ships. Didn't realize she was hated.
I thought she was another decent MC to juxtapose how fucked up Light is. I think she was an amazing character, but I feel she definitely went downhill a bit towards the end. I def. She sucked hard. She had no original trait, she was bland as hell, annoying to the max and her implied suicide on the final episode was the best thing of her she could ever offer to redeem even the tiniest fraction of herself. Hence, an utter trash of a character. I like Misa, she is awesome. I hate Near and Mello.
Just hate her not bc shes annoying, dumb or whatever I just hate her for one reason Man watching 12 more ep is really killing me cause I can't see L with his cake anymore damn you misa D: Btw L death really painful to watch I don't hate her at all. In fact i was quite impressed to see how much she loves Light and how loyal she is. C'mon Guys, she is not someone to be hated.
Logically, Misa should know that this is so that they aren't exclusively seen together and thus suspected more as being accomplices in crime. Instead, she threatens to 'kill any other girls she sees with Light', which would only implicate Misa further- and if she were to be suspected and captured, it would only raise suspicion involving Light, too. A little possessiveness isn't always bad, but it's certainly something to dislike when it disrupts Light's plan, which was founded on logic and avoiding suspicion rather than an emotional response like Misa's.
In sharp contrast to Ryuk not really caring what happens to Light, but simply enjoying being along for the ride, Rem is incredibly protective of Misa.
The death god even tells Light that she will kill him if he tries to harm Misa in any way, even though Rem is aware that she would die if she were to help Misa in such a way.
After Misa loses her memory of being the Second Kira, Rem goes out of her way to take a piece of the note from the new owner and meet with Misa in secret to return her memories and be able to help her. Rem even ends up sacrificing herself to kill L, as it was one of Light's ultimate goals and thus something Misa desperately wanted as well. Though it ends on a bittersweet note, the relationship between these two is incredibly heartwarming despite the circumstances.
Just because fans admire Misa's sense of dedication towards Light doesn't mean they admire, or even like, their actual relationship. From the moment they met, every single thing done or said regarding their relationship by Light is completely and utterly fake.
He tells her as much when they meet, as well- that he would act like her partner, but that he couldn't actually give her the relationship she wanted. She responds to this by saying that it's a good start, and that she'd try her hardest to make him love her. It's one thing to meet your idols, but for the sake of both Misa and Light, it's one relationship that really should have ended before it began.
First she tracks Kira down to thank him, then subsequently falls for him and his manipulations. Though at times Misa behaves in an unstable or inappropriate fashion, it may be because she's experienced multiple traumas without processing them.
Misa possesses one of the most entertaining personalities in Death Note. Not only does she boast the charm required to work as as model, she also appears innocent to the vast majority of the police force, all while actively working as Kira.
Light gets a ton of credit for his masterful ability to appear innocent and charming, but Misa's prowess in this department is slept on by most viewers. In an anime where most women wear turtlenecks and long skirts and most men wear suits or dress shirts with khakis, anyone who dresses differently stands out. Misa is one of a small handful of characters who actually puts thought into her appearance.
Her clothes gravitates towards punk, goth, and lolita styles, but no matter what she wears, she always looks amazing. Though damaged in her own way, Misa is far from the only terrible person in Death Note. Sure, she kills a lot of people and neurotically pines after Light Yagami, but so does Teru Mikami, who experiences sensual delight when he kills for Kira. Kiyomi Takada may not seem as clingy as Misa, but she's just as willing to take lives.
Light becomes a serial killer who eventually loses all sense of morality, willingly puts his family in danger, and kills innocents to avoid getting caught. L, allegedly one of the good guys, physically and psychologically tortures people to get information out of them.
Misa attracts more hate than almost any other character in Death Note, yet shares the same — if not less — guilt than the rest of them. It's fine to dislike her, but lambasting her for being a murderer while simultaneously loving Light or L is hypocritical.
If one word encapsulates Misa's best qualities, it's loyalty.
